Business Development Manager - Europe is looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Development team. The Business Development Team’s mission is to focus on growing our partner-portfolio, in order to optimize our long-term revenue- and ROI growth. Your primary focus will be acquiring new partners in non-Benelux countries. Within this role, you will be given a great opportunity to become part of a team that plays an integral role in shaping’s long-term Partnership strategy.


What we do’s (since 2012) mission is to connect the High Spending Benelux Online Shopper-community to an European network of +300 carefully curated Premium & Luxury Fashion stores and brands. With over +500 brands represented, we aim to conquer consumers' hearts through an attractive offering and Best-in-Class Service (NPS ~60). To our Partners, adds value through our full-service solution and significant sales results. Our team consists of nearly 40 highly skilled professionals.

Who you are

The Business Development Manager is at the forefront of our mission. You will be responsible for acquiring large and strategic retail partners or brands. Subsequently, you will deliver our shopping community an attractive product offering from a variety of Premium & Luxury Fashion stores. Within this role you will be maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by building strategic, long-term relationships with your newly acquired partners, ensuring that their experience with is transformative for their business. 

How you will add value

A significant part of your role will be to serve as a partner advocate; often functioning as a liaison between your partner and the various departments (e.g. Marketing, Studio, Partner Support, etc.). We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous scale-up environment. You are a team player, continuously seeking for ways to innovate and improve the way serves its partners. This is a high execution role which requires excellent solution-based selling techniques and strong negotiating skills. You are familiar with both the e-commerce- and high-end (online) fashion market, and your way of working is pragmatic and efficient.
